Important: Your Order Confirmation Email
Please check your order confirmation email thoroughly. If there are any errors or changes please email us immediately. Please note that changes can not be made once your order is shipped.
Order Cancellations

Product Availability
Product availability is updated daily however sometimes items do sell out between this time and when you have placed an order. If items are sold out or if there are any delays we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping
We have two shipping costs to choose from. Regular post is $6, Please allow one to three days estimated delivery time within the same state of Victoria or three to five days to any other state of Australia. Express post is $9 and that is next day delivery after dispatch. We will dispatch the next business day.
International Shipping
Please contact us for estimated shipping time and postage quote for any DELIVERIES OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA.

Currency
We trade in Australian Dollars only.
Return and Exchange Policy
MummaBubba Jewellery are happy to return/exchange if the product(s) is as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. This must be done in 21 days of receipt. Please note that shipping and handling of products is non refundable unless the product has been deemed faulty.
Promotional Emails
By placing an order with MummaBubba Jewellery you authorise us to send you our promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates from time to time. If you do not wish to receive our promotional emails, please reply to your order confirmation with the title 'unsubscribe' in the subject line. You will not receive newsletters from us again if you choose to unsubscribe. In order to make our emails more relevant and useful to you, our servers may receive a confirmation when you open email from us.
